The Gospel According To St John, Read By Sir David Suchet.
Maybe it’s wrong to have a favourite book of the Bible, but mine has always been John’s Gospel. In 2021, actor David Suchet read the whole of this incredible book on Resurrection Sunday in Westminster Abbey. You can buy recordings of him reading the whole Bible, but I found this very powerful.
Proverbs 31 Ministries
Although this is primarily aimed at women, I believe much of the content produced by P31 is relevant for all of us, and I have to confess it is one of my favourite ministries. You can subscribe to receive their daily devotional by email, and much more, at:

Proverbs 31 also encourages daily Bible study through their First 5 project, which inspires us to spend the first 5 minutes of each day in God’s word by studying one chapter a day. You can download the free First 5 app, or enjoy the daily Bible study by going to:

Grit ‘N’ Grace
This is a weekly podcast for ‘Good girls breaking bad rules!’ It is hosted by Cheri Gregory and Amy Carole, 2 hilariously entertaining ladies who describe themselves as recovering perfectionists and people pleasers. If you are an avid reader, you will enjoy their fortnightly interviews with Christian authors, followed by a week during which they process what they have learned from their guests. This is truly one of my favourite podcasts, as I have been listening since episode 1. You can subscribe via your regular podcast download app, or by going to their website here:
